I am a Logistics Director who enjoys mountain biking in my spare time. My favorite challenge is the uphill climb. It takes perseverance, drive, and endurance to make it to the top while fighting the urge to quit. Leading teams of people to achieve $10 million in cost savings in one year is similar to that uphill climb. I love the challenge and don't easily give up. During my 20 plus years working in the Dairy, Beverage, and Food industries, I have had the experience of driving many uphill climbs to improve cost management, increase the financial literacy of my team, instill cultural shifts to sustain these changes all while providing reliable customer service. I embrace the challenges and push hard for results.
